Sponsored WalkThere are three sections to complete in order to gain a Paralympics ticket from the Sponsored Walk:1. Olympic Spirit
This can be shown by wearing clothes / costumes which inspire the theme of the Olympics and can be accompanied by props, such as sports equipment or Olympic torches.
2. Olympic ValuesThe Olympic Values are: Respect, Friendship and Excellence. You need to incorporate at least one of these themes in your walk. For example you could form a team to help friends; or could encourage others to complete their walk, showing them respect; be imaginative!
3. Olympic CompetitionThe amount of money you raise for the Sponsored Walk will count towards the competition, so raise as much as you can to be in the running for a ticket.
Sponsored WalkThe application form requires you to write in a very brief description of what you intend to do on the day to meet the criteria. The last box will be filled in with your final total on the day of the Walk and then it will be handed in to Mr McElligott.

Aim and Purpose
• You will be required to create a video using ICT to showcase the history of the Olympics
• The target audience will be anyone that is interested in the finding out the history of the Olympics along with key events which makes it such an exciting global event
Criteria
• The video must be between 1 – 4 minutes• It must include sound, transitions, effects, videos
and text (images are optional)• It must illustrate the history of the Olympics along
with key facts• You can use any video editing software of your
choice• Videos will be provided by Mr. Riccardo but you are
also required to research and download your own clips
