It really depends on theagency or brand ethos/approach.

Agencies usually understand bloggers more than

brands direct.It really does depend on

the individual, whilst agencies are more efficient, brands sometimes lack the understanding of what a blogger-

brand relationship involves.

They both suck for themajority and I'm usually surprised

when one is ok.
