The Story of Team Rubicon
• A team of US military veterans & medical professionals voluntarily deployed to Haitiin the aftermath of the devastating earthquake in 2010.
• Recognizing that veteranshavethe unique skills, training, and leadership capacity that is critically relevant in disaster zones, they subsequently founded Team Rubicon.
• Since the founding in 2010, the Team Rubicon brand has exponentially grown with affiliates now in Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom, with Norway and the Netherland set to be the next affiliates.
• Team Rubicon has deployed on over 220 disaster response operations around the world. And currently maintains a growing network of over 70,000 volunteer members who are ready to deploy.

On May 30, 2016, TeamRubicon Canada and USA launched Operation Pay Dirt,
arriving in FortMcMurray at the invitation of localauthorities
Within days, theoperation brought together British,Australian, American
and Canadian volunteersfrom across Team Rubicon’s global network
In multinational teams,volunteers assisted homeowners by siftingthrough their properties torecover valuables left
behind by thefire.
In this, Team Rubicon offeredsome in the community a sense of closure
