Absence of a traffic light at theCenter Street intersection in Shaver-town caused another accident Sundaynight at 9:45 when the Packard autormobile in which Mr. and Mrs. SethHowell were making a left turn fromMemorial Highway into Center streetwas sideswiped by a 1938 Buick sedandriven by Benjamin Brosko, 18 Madi-son Street, Wilkes-Barre.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Howell werebadly shaken up and were treatedby Dr. G. L. Howell. Mr. Howellhas an injured left kneecap, injuredthumb and ribs. Mrs. Howell wasbruised about the legs.

Funeral services for William Augus-tus Kelley, 73, wellknown and res-

pected resident of fCenter Morelandwill be held this Afternoon from theCenter Moreland Baptist Church. Mr.Kelley died at TubeDemi Hos-pital Tuesday followitfg a long illness.

Mr. Kelley had lived at Centermore-land for the past forty years. Hewas born at Milton and had residedat Hazleton and Montrose prior tomoving to Center Moreland.
