The Cabinet Committee onSecurity is understood to havediscussed the face-off in Ladakhalong the Line of Actual Control(LAC) where Chinese troopshave intruded in the last 11 days.

The CCS headed by PrimeMinister Narendra Modi is alsounderstood to have discussedthe agenda for talks during hisUS visit including defencecooperation with that country.

Army sources said the situation

along the LAC in Chumar area hasremained unchanged and theChinese request for a flag meetingto address the situation was stillunder consideration.(PTI)
