CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

ABSOLUTELY: 15 minutes of core work.

BALLROOM DANCE GATHERING: Open to anyone, ballroom dance instruction by a fellow dance enthusiastic. BARREFusion: Where the ballet bar meets yoga and pilates. BODYWORKS: muscle toning and conditioning using weights, tubing, body weight gravity. BOOT CAMPBASICS: Interval, strength training with speed and agility drills, power and plyometric drills and calisthenics. BOOTYBARRE: Pilates, Dance + Yoga style class for strength and conditioning. CARDIO PUMP:A group strength training class with cardio movements to increase heart rate. CARDIO STEP: Intermediate to advanced step with fun to follow routines.CYCLING: High energy cycling.Please bring a water bottle. No saving of bikes. DANCE GATHERING: A meeting of ballroom dancers who get together and learn new steps as well as perfect their skills. All levels welcome. FLEX & BALANCE: Gentle class with stretching, balance, mobility and some light strength work.FOAM ROLLER: A variety of exercises using a foam roller to strengthen your core muscles.INTRO TO NORDIC WALKING: 2nd Friday at 1:30 pm or 4th Tuesday at 10 am or 5:30 pm in Summit conference rooms. LIGHTEN UP: Low impact aerobics taught at a slower pace. Strength, mobility, balance and flexibility are emphasized. All ages welcome. PILATES – MAT: Slow movements designed to strengthen, tone and challenge your core muscles. Relieve stress and increase flexibility. PI-YO: – muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low impact workout. POWER PUMP: A group strength training class using free weights, body bars, the bar system, tubing and stability balls. Core training included.STRETCH CLASS: 30 minutes of stretch.STRETCH, FLEX & BALANCE: A 55 minute class designed to work on balance, flexibility, mobility and strength. Open to all levelsTAI CHI, BEGINNING: Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that helps increase flexibility, strength and fitness as well as promotes correct body posture integrating body and mind. It’s easy and suitable for all. TAI CHI FOR REHAB: Aids recovery from ill health to being tired or stressed. This can be done sitting or standing. Helps relieve pain, strengthen muscles, and improve quality of life. TRX: Suspension Training harnesses for strength, flexibility and endurance while burning calories and strengthening core. WALK WITH EASE: Instruction and participation in walking with poles minimizing stress to joints. YOGA – Gentle: Yoga postures and breathing techniques for a slower paced yoga class. ZUMBA: A fun dance aerobic workout using Latin dances with easy to follow routines. ZUMBA GOLD:Zumba class geared for beginners or anyone wanting more repetition and less bounce Zumba class.
