CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
TISS is can be used for managing staff’s interactions internally and with clients. Key features offered as a CRM include:
Centralised Client List
All the client files created in TISS are automatically synced with Xero,
hence staff members need only to enter client data once in TISS and they automatically
populate Xero.
Customer Services and Support
Whenever a client calls in for support just like a normal call center, staff members can open
client files, add notes or leave a message for another Customer Relationship Manager to
give them a call back.
Tracking activities of a customer
All client communications and activities in TISS are logged allowing Sales Representations
to open the communication log and obtain a summary of all orders raised by a particular
client or review any messages left by a particular client to call back.
STAFF MANAGEMENT
TISS greatly assists in managing timesheets, daily task allocation for employees and reports:
Timesheets
Depending on the tasks allocated to the employees, their timesheets are
auto-generated. Employees can further edit the timesheets they require and submit to
Management for approval. Management can further accept or reject the timesheets which
can later be viewed by Accounts.
Call Cycles
All Sales Staff are allocated daily / weekly / monthly tasks to visit a store in their territory.
This allocation can be controlled either by the staff member themself or their Managers
depending on the setup of allocations.
Store Reports
As a part of each task allocated to employees, they can generate reports showing
additional information about their store visit. All store reports
can be viewed by senior management for further analysis and
targeted marketing.
As standard inventory management software, TISS can do everything from regular stocktakes to dealing with complex the process of overseas imports and inter-departmental transfers
StocktakeLogistics Management, at a click of a button, can request all company warehouses across
the country to conduct a stocktake of their inventory and submit their reports, accordingly.
Inter-departmental Transfers
To manage stocks levels between warehouses, Logistics can request transfers of goods
from one warehouse to another.
Imports
TISS is versatile enough to process everything related to imports from initial request for
a quotation from an overseas supplier, and liaising with freight companies to delivery
of goods locally in the warehouse. It even processes payments and invoices in different
currencies. All transactions are logged real time into Xero removing the need for finance
staff to manually enter supplier invoices or map payments to a supplier invoice.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
eCOMMERCE SOLUTION
TISS is a true eCommerce solution. Besides just standard ecommerce features like maintaining an order history. It provides different types of shopping carts to different entities; promotions based on client groups or geo-locations and even sales reports and trends to senior management.
Unique Shopping Carts
TISS doesn’t just have a standard shopping cart. It provides a unique shopping cart that
allows users to raise different types of orders depending on the privileges set for the users
by Account Managers or Administrators.
Sales Trends and Reports
Managers or employees have a dashboard that shows them real-time graphs on sales
categorised by different criteria to track sales. They can also generate and export PDF
reports for the same.
ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING SYSTEM
TISS not only just receives an order from staff or client but also processes the order throughout its life-cycle.
Order Processing
Depending on the geo-location of the delivery address, TISS sends the order to the nearest
warehouse for processing and tracks the order in the warehouse till it is picked and packed.
Liaising with Freight companies
Depending on the content of the order, type of client, delivery address and few other
criteria, TISS decides the freight company and lodges an order in their system with all
necessary comments.
Order Tracking
For a better client experience, instead of giving clients a tracking number or a link to
freight provider’s site, TISS generates all the available information from the freight
provider including delivery signatures or real time status and shows it to the client for their
reference.

With an existing “To-Do” planner already in place in TISS, TISS will shortly provide a software release which will replace existing email software with a TISS email module. This will allow clients to link emails automatically with a client and also to Import / Export data from emails directly into TISS, hence providing employees with one single software solution for every task they undertake.

FREIGHT DELIVERY &SCANNING APP
TISS also has a support module specifically developed for freight delivery. This involves two main features:
Driver’s daily task list
Logistics Manager can allocate delivery of any specific order to a delivery driver and
populate all tasks for the day.
Delivery Status and PODs
The driver can update all the activities performed for allocated tasks. This can involve flags
such as, picked up from warehouse for delivery or ‘on hold’ status. On delivery, the driver
can request the recipient to sign for delivery and that signatures as a POD can be viewed
back in, the TISS module.
APPLICATION LEVEL SECURITY
There are various different strategies utilised to achieve optimum security levels of the application;
• TISS has a MVC structure, splitting and encapsulating each level of data transactions
between the different processes in TISS.
• All the calls made from the application to server are moderated by a dedicated
controller to make sure they are of the correct format and pattern to avoid any security
breaches to the software.
• TISS has a code engine in place that makes sure it covers all the top 10 security flaws
pointed out in OWASP.
• There are checksums an error detection mechanism enforced in place to make sure all
the data in TISS is secured
SERVER BASED SECURITY
Besides the application level security mechanism, TISS utilises IBM provisioned servers to remove any potential risks around the application and increase availability, security and performance.
• IBM cloud services is the engine which run all Tiss’s core services. Tiss’s cloud servers
make it possible to greatly reduce latency and ensure that all the TISS’s web services
are available at the same speed irrespective of the geo-location it is being accessed
from.
• IBM cloud services provides multi-level security to ensure the environment in which
TISS operates is using is fully protected.
• All the POST REST API calls that are made to and from the cloud are authenticated by
an SSL secured O-Auth authentication mechanism
making sure there is no compromise to security.
