Greywater: By Oregon Law, greywater is defined as

water produced from hand washing sinks,

showers, and washing machines.

Permitting • Oregon legalized greywater recycle

in 2008

• Greywater legislature (OPSC 08-01

through OPSC 08-04)

• Filed and received plumbing permits

for both Brac and Rainwater tank

• Filed a flood plane development

application

• Construct system housing

• Permit approval for housing

• Controls

• Outreach

• Gained access to plumbing through

outer wall

• Compiled water inventory and

produced water consumption model

• Repaired break in sewer line and

installed tee fitting for Brac overflow

• Obtained three city plumbing permits

for greywater system.
