TOKYU BINH DUONGGARDEN CITY
BINH DUONG NEW CITY is the urban development for new political, social, economic and cultural center of Binh Duong Province. On a gross 1,000 ha, the development period spans until 2020, the new provincial capital will accommodate the People’s Committee by the end of 2013. By 2020, it expected to become a directly-controlled municipality, with status equal to that of provinces.
BECAMEX TOKYU JOINT VENTUREwas established in 2012 between Becamex IDC and Tokyu Corporation with a capital of 8,600 billion VND for the purpose of developing urban zones and infrastructure in Binh Duong New City Center. By using the know-how of similar large scale project Tokyu Tama Denen Toshi in Japan, the company exports the urban development package as the first Japanese company who is engaged in Vietnam in such project.
