PROPOSED SPECIAL-USE PERMIT TO: THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF GREEN LAKE TOWNSHIP,GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, MICHIGAN, AND ANY OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Green Lake Township Planning Commission willhold a public hearing at a regular meeting on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at6:00 PM. The public hearing is being held to review and accept public commenton a proposed Special-Use Permit Application. The hearing will take place at theGolden Fellowship Hall, 9700 Riley Road, Interlochen, MI 49643. There is one issue to be addressed by the Planning Commission relative to the purpose of thepublic hearing, as follows:

PPR #18-06: Receive and discuss any public comment received and consideration given relative to the proposed Special-Use Permit Application andsite plan review for a medical marihuana facility license for a provisioning center,at 1488 McGregor Way, Grawn MI 49637. Parcel Number 28-07-012-013-01.

A copy of the proposed Special-Use application is available for public inspectionat the Green Lake Township Offices, located at 9394 10th Street, Interlochen,MI 49643, during regular office hours, Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5:30p.m.

All interested persons are invited to attend. Individuals may make public comment, in person, at the public hearing or written and/or faxed (231-276-9388) or emailed to [email protected].
