• Work closely with property owners to determine needs and mitigate project impacts– Rice – Continued Discussion on operations, working to
develop strategy to meet owner and project needs.– Nieschultz – Shifted drainage structure closer to levee.– Foster – met with County Surveyor to see if we could
maximize number of lots after the project.– Terry – closed deal by adding security fencing– Anderson – Shifted drainage structure to avoid trees
