• Global Deployment impacting in the 3rd phase:• Ruoholahti, Helsinki• Nokia House 2, Dallas US• Boston, US• Copenhagen, Denmark• Singapore• Tokyo, Japan
• Full scale deployment to these XX sites• Removal of current network points enabling a fully wireless solution• Deployment timescale to impact all sites during Q409

User Access Improvement Communications Objectives • To inform Service desk and Service points about the change and provide them troubleshooting guides• To educate, site by site, the end users on the changes• Motivate management about the change• Generate awareness on the impact of this new solution
• Improved wireless local area network (WLAN) coverage and transmission speed• Improved ease of use - no need for SecurID token card or VPN client when connecting from Nokia Offices• Mobility• Cutting the costs by easening the use of VOIP and phone applications
• Education on using the practicalities of this new solution:• Detail on access - location• Dependencies• iPass
• Highlight support and trouble shooting information• Ensure this is clear, user friendly and accessible to all

User Access Improvement Communications principles• Service desk will be informed ASAP with technological material, schedule etc• End users in each location will be sent announcement email ten days before and
a reminder before Lobby show or by start of the deploymentTemplates of emails

Way to proceed• Deployment and communication proceed location by location on a following way:
1. Information email to all in the location approx 10 days before (template )2. Placing posters to location 1-2 days after the email3. If there is Lobby show in the location, attached posters filled with locations name
and date, printed and placed to location a week before.4. A week prior to Lobby show, attached email to all in location. 5. In the Lobby show there are needed 2 bar tables, a big screen, 2 roll ups, flyers
and at least two persons and 3 laptops. This presentation is to be shown on the screen during the show.
