North Vancouver Aikikai, offering in-struction in Traditional Aikido taught by Joel Posluns Shihan, (6th Dan) Chief In-structor. Aikido is a “Budo” - Traditional Japanese Martial Art that offers a highly cardio-vascular, full contact workout but without competition.

Teens 13 -17 years old (parent/guardian required to sign waiver) can participate plus Adults 18 and over can attend Ai-kido basics classes which are included in the monthly fee* of $100 plus GST.
