PHASE 3
NEWS AND
VIEWS
JANUARY
2016
We wish our Neighbors and Friends a Very
Healthy and Happy New Year!
Very sorry to inform you that due to health reasons, Treasurer Arthur Ultsch has had to resign.
Arthur tried very hard to remain active these past few months but found his health and the
workload would not allow him to continue doing the job he did so well for this community. On
behalf of the Community we thank Art for a job well done and wish him improving health.
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Chrzan to become our new
Treasurer. Richard resides on Wanda Lane with his wife Kathy .
Richard and Kathy, had previously rented here for a year, and liked it so much they purchased their
home on Wanda Lane. With Richard’s background including being an Office Manager the fit should
be perfect. Good luck Richard and welcome aboard.
Please be on the lookout for the 2016 Maintenance Coupons that should be arriving this week. As
the instructions will tell you the payments will be mailed to our address this time, for better
control. You can now either mail them (with enclosed envelopes) or drop them in our locked
mailbox on Connie Blvd. numbered 5841 instead. If you use bill pay through your bank make sure
you change the address and the amount ($435).
The above is a reprint of an e-mail sent on December 7. If you have still not sent us your e-
mail address, please do, so you can get important information faster, and you can contact
us at anytime for whatever you need to. SEND TO [email protected] .
We have sent an order to detail an Amendment to our lawyer, He will refine a rough
explanation of the conditions we requested from the input of Residents, to a spelled out
version, of the proposal to change our minimum age requirements for new buyers. The
Board has opened the subject at every meeting since August and taken a hand vote of
Homeowners at each meeting, which confirmed that the majority of Residents are in favor
of a change. Once the Lawyers version is approved by the Board it will go to a vote of all
Homeowners and would require a 50% +1 approval to become part of our Documents. So
it is clear to all, this new Bylaw would only affect NEW BUYERS and no one that currently
owns a Home here.
Hope to see you at our January 11, Board Meeting and our February 8, Open General
Meeting.
As Always, Sheila and I wish you all good health and happiness.
