Todos los artículos indexados tenían errores en el formato de la especificación de su procedencia, no se seguían los lineamientos preestablecidos, distorsionándose la búsqueda hasta cierto punto.
Faltaban 16 números por indexar, correspondientes a 4 volúmenes anuales que no habían sido tomados en cuenta y que sí estaban disponibles (Volúmenes del X al XIII).
