Statewide Expectations 2012-13
• System developed with the guidance of Dr. James Stronge to collect and present data to document performance based on well-defined job expectations
• Principals in PGES Field test invited to participate in the Val-Ed survey in Spring of 2012.
• Principals received results in Fall of 2012 and invited to continue participation in 2012-13 Principal Effectiveness Pilot
• Training for principals and their evaluators occur in November.
