Chui Lodge is situated in the privately owned 20,000 acre Oserian Wildlife Sanctuary just above the shores of Lake
Naivasha within the Great Rift Valley, only 1½ hour away from Nairobi!
The Oserian Wildlife Sanctuary plays host to a diverse number of mammalian & avian species including 13 White Rhino, 26 Leopard, Buffalo, Giraffe, Cheetah, Grevy Zebra, Oryx and a large number of plains game.
The Sanctuary is exclusive to guests of Chui Lodge and Kiangazi House and free of any other tourist vehicles!!!

The dining room, lounge and bar area is simply unique and features pillars and murals with intricate African carvings creating the feel of an artist’s
gallery.
A huge termite mound in the middle of the
lounge/bar area serves as a cosy fire place.
There are only 8 luxury individual cottages, each with its own fireplace, en-suite bathroom and a delightful veranda with its own view. Three deluxe cottages in
addition feature a cosy living room.
From the heated swimming pool you have great views of a variety of
wildlife visiting the waterhole and the Escarpment.
Often bush breakfasts and sundowners are a Sanctuary or lake shore affair since the day’s timetable for guests is completely flexible.

Kiangazi House is a beautiful country house situated on a hill set amongst rolling lawns with unsurpassed scenery of Lake Naivasha.
Kiangazi House lies in the wildlife corridor adjacent to the privately owned 20,000 acre Oserian Wildlife Sanctuary. A salt lick and water hole is
excellently located at the bottom of the garden for animals to congregate at.
Built in the old traditional style of local stone and timber with cosy private Lounges, a bar and a library all with fireplaces, it is an ideal place to relax in.
There are 3 rooms within the main house and two additional rooms just beyond the swimming pool, all with their own distinctive character and
en-suite bathrooms.

Lake Oloiden, a small salt water lake adjacent to Kiangazi House attracts thousands of pink flamingos… this is the chosen site for bushbreakfasts and nature walks!!

They can see all the new flower varieties and the intricate process from the creation of a new breed of flower to mass production is explained.

Mutamaiyu House is situated on the 49,000 acre Mugie Wildlife Conservancy in Laikipia, a district in Northern Kenya.
Mugie Rhino Sanctuary
In July 2004, 20 endangered black rhino were traslocated to Mugie Ranch as partof a national effort to protect and enhance the black rhino population in Kenya. So far the story has been one of success with the birth of 6 black rhino calves.Today the Sanctuary boasts a total of 26 black and 2 white rhino.
Laikipia Predator Project
This project is aimed to identify techniques for coexistence between people, livestock and predators that can be applied to other parts of Africa. So far the project has been relativelysuccessful in conserving lions in the area. The number of lions killed has fallen dramaticallyfrom an average of 19% of the lion population to a mere 2,3%!
This lioness has been radio-collared so she can be tracked.
Perched on a panoramic hilltop, with hundreds of miles of sun streaked savannah spread out below, Mutamaiyu is a spectacularly refined retreat in one
of Africa’s last great wilderness areas – the Mugie Wildlife Conservancy.

Guests can visit the Mugie Primary and Nursery school, built and funded by Mugie Ranch since its creation 15 years ago. The school currently has 150 children and Mugie
provides them with uniforms, all education materials and two meals a day.

Leopard Rock Lodge is located along the equator in semi-arid Meru National Park where George and Joy Adamson set up camp when
