Some more housekeeping tips
• Monitor the volume of your conversations– Be sensitive to how loudly you may be speaking. Be conscious of how
your voice travels, and try to lower the volume of your voice when talking on the phone or to others in open areas
• Keep personal telephone conversations at a minimum– Be ever mindful that others are nearby and that this is a place of
business. Request you to keep your personal calls at as much minimum as possible (Unless very urgent)
• Keep your personal workspace clean and neat at all times– Generally, less is better when it comes to office and workstation decor.
Try to keep your workplace neat and tidy; do not overdo, clutter, and obstruct your work area
