CONSIDERATION MUST BE GIVEN TOTREES/LANDSCAPING IN A STATE OF FULL FOLIAGE/BLOOM AND FUTURE GROWTH. ALLLANDSCAPING WORK WILL BE PERFORMED BY OTHERS WITH A SEPARATE PERMIT (IFREQUIRED).
