Steve is a commercial real estate professional with over twenty five years experience in
brokerage and development. He has assisted new and exis ng employers in Tippecanoe
and surrounding coun es with various real estate needs. Addi onally he manages third
party brokerage assignments. Steve was named “Number One Producer” in 2008 and 2014
for the Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise in Indiana. He has sold nearly 1,000 acres of
land for manufacturing, industrial, commercial, and residen al uses. He especially enjoys
the "merchandising" of brokerage assignments and finds it easier to sell a program than
simply a building or parcel.

Jim Pitoukkas
Jim Pitoukkas specializes in the sale of commercial investment proper es and land.
Pitoukkas has a diverse background in real estate transac ons and small business
ownership. Since receiving his real estate license in 2006 his transac onal experience
