Join the Western Law Games Team.The UWO Faculty of Law is deploying a Company of its finest recruits to Law Games 2012 at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver! At the games – January 1 to January 5 – our proud men and women in uniform will match wits and athletics with law students from across the country.
The primary objective of the campaign is to assist the building of relationships that transcend traditional class-year and campus boundaries – a very worthy goal!
Western Law is a perennial competitor at Law Games, but has only been able to do so with the support of interested and enthusiastic sponsors.
Why Have You Received This Package?Participation in the Games incurs costs related to transportation, accommodations, meals, uniforms and athletic equipment.
But with your generous support, the costs borne by the students can be kept to a reasonable level.

The UWO Flag.Sponsors may have their logo embossed on the flag that will f o l l ow the Wes te r n squad wherever it goes at Law Games.
‘Home’ and ‘Away’ Team Jerseys
Western’s Law Games Committee s u p p l i e s t h e t e a m w i t h ‘Home’ (white) and ‘Away’ (purple) T-shirts to wear while competing in the different athletic events.
The shirts are subsequently worn by many students around the law school after the Games.
Sponsors may have their logo embossed on both shirts.
The Team ‘Hoodie’ Sweatshirt.Vancouver in January is cold and damp!!! All team members are given a hooded sweatshirt to wear overtop their jerseys when not shooting hoops or dodging balls.

The Breakfast Banner.The mixed schedule of sports and social events at Law Games can be quite hectic and can make getting nutritious food difficult! The Western Law Games Committee thus takes it upon itself to provide breakfast to the squad each morning.
Distributed from a central location in the hotel, the Committee erects a banner on which sponsors may have their logo embossed.
Permanent Website Recognition.Western Law has established its own permanent webpage for Law Games: www.westernlawgames.com. All sponsors of Western’s team will be prominently recognized on the webpage and will continue to be recognized on the webpage for years to come.

The Law Games Moot Competition.You can help two of our participants compete in the annual Law Games Moot. The competition has traditionally been overseen by local judges and lawyers. Your organization can help sponsor this great tradition.

Law Games Sponsorship has exclusive benefits for national organizations given the cross-Canada journey from London/Toronto to Vancouver.
We’ll work with you to come up with branded advertising emphasizing your national presence. All advertising can be affixed to our team uniform (worn every & all day!).
The “General” Package.As a “General” of the UWO Law Team, sponsors can take the lead as the primary facilitators of the Western experience. “General” sponsorship is the premium sponsorship package and “Generals” are recognized accordingly.
Western “Generals” receive the benefit of logo embossments enhanced with maximum prominence – “Generals” are recognized with extra-large size logos and pride of placement at the very top of all of Western’s sponsor lists. Pride of placement between “Generals” will be determined on a first-come first-served basis.

As the “Solo Specialist” in this regard, your organization will be the only sponsor directly associated with accessories costs. Transportation.The UWO Law Team will be an effective force at Law Games 2012 – but the team needs to get all the way from London, Ontario to Vancouver to do it!
