WHAT IS PARTY BOOK? Party Book is a community-building fundraiser that can hopefully become a long-standing tradi-tion at SMCES! Members of our school community donate and host a small special event such as a wine tasting for 12 or a self-defense class for 6. Consider how you can create a party experience built around something you’re good at or that you like to do! Turn your talents and hobbies into a fun experience for a group and donate that experience to the Seahawk Social’s “Party Book”.
On the night of the Seahawk Social, the“Party Book” experiences will be o�ered for purchase to members of our SMCES community. The host or hosts sponsor the cost of the party and 100% of the proceeds earned from the sale of the tickets are donated to our school. These parties can be spread out throughout the year, so the fun doesn’t stop!
IMPORTANT NOTES:� All submissions are subject to PTC approval.� Once your party has been approved, please note that hosts may NOT cancel orreschedule the event without PTC approval.� Location of party will only be released to paid attendees prior to party date.� Host contact phone and email are for internal use only.� In the event your submitted party date con�icts with another event, we will work with youto select an alternate.Questions?
