For a member eligible for the program, the first year $2.00 per household per month when the entirediscount percentage and the duration of household pays their premium through Electronicthe discount program will vary based on the Funds Transfer.applicant‘s age as of the plan effective date. Atage 65, the first‐year discount is 36% off of theStandard Rate. The discount percentage amountchanges on the anniversary date of the plan asthe member moves through the discountprogram. At the end of the discount programthe member will pay the Standard Rate.
