In 1976, French businessman, former diplomat and eternal member of the New York celebrity jetset, Nicolas Feuillatte returned to Champagne to establish this extraordinary champagne brand. The Brut Réser ve Par t icul ière draws i ts strong personal i ty f rom an except ional
terroir. I t is composed of 20% of the Chardonnay grape var iety, for e legance
and del icacy, 40% of Pinot Noir, for roundness and structure and 40% of Pinot
Meunier for f rui t iness. 100 to 150 crus make up the composit ion. 15 to 35% of reser ve
wines are used to ensure that the qual i ty and sty le of the Brut Réser ve Par t icul ière
remains consistent year after year. Pale gold in colour with an abundance of del icate
bubbles. The nose is f loral , f rui t with subt le predominance of white f rui ts: pear, apple,
a lmonds and hazelnuts. Fresh opening, smooth, pleasant and balanced on the palate.

This salmon-pink, a lmost coppery coloured Cuvée is a favoured companion for a l l
memorable occasions. Made f rom 10% Chardonnay, giv ing elegance and f inesse,
60% Pinot Noir, adding roundness and structure and 30% Pinot Meunier for f rui t iness.
The nose is a real fest ival of red f rui ts , with f lavours of blackberr ies, raspberr ies,
redcurrants and strawberr ies that del icately l inger and give of f a feel ing of l ightness
and convivial i ty. Whi lst on the palate i t is f rui ty and wel l balanced. The carbonic
macerat ion used in making this Rosé champagne, results in a f rui t ier wine.

The Oldest Wine House in Champagne
In 1584 Pierre Gosset, alderman of Aÿ and wine-grower, made still, mostly red, wines from the grapes he harvested from his own vines. In those days, Burgundy & Champagne vied for pride of place at the table of the Kings of France. The reputation of the wine of Aÿ was such that François the First had his own winery built there, which is now owned by Champagne Gosset. Then, in the 18th century the wine made in and around Aÿ began to bubble, and the Gosset family turned naturally to the production of champagne.
Gosset continues to be made in the time honoured traditional methods including hand harvesting of grapes and manual riddling. The blends are made with the best villages (crus) of the Marne region (Grands Crus and Premiers Crus) with an average classification of 95% on the official Cru scale.

nose of f lowers (daffodi l , hyacinths, i r ises) and f rui ts (black cherr ies, blackberry, dry-
