Mostly cloudy and breezy, few breaks of sun-shine.
We were wearing long pants and a light jacket during the whole day due to the absence of so-lar radiation.
Few people sitting outside, mostly moving quickly to class/work.

Climate Walks | Final Assignment 04.28.2014
The area of the courtyard is more subject to PET swings probably due to solar radiation.
The PET for location #1 is higher in the morn-ing and decreases later in the afternoon.
The north facade of Sutton exhibits constant values for the morning (proximity with Sutton wall?).
The PET for location #3 is lower in the morning and tends to increase in the afternoon.

PMV= Predicted mean vote index
People tend to feel cooler in the early morning when the ambient temperature is lower and radiation is not so intense.
PMV values tend to vary more due to the pres-ence of solar radiation and winds.
PMV stays more constant at location H3 be-cause there is less variation in solar radiation and the wind is not significant.

Conclusions
Based on the Hobo logger and survey, the microclimate for Inner Campus drive is moderate enough for resting (not only for circulation).
More data collected on a hot day would help develop a more comprehensive understanding of the microclimate.
Spatial reconfiguration and aesthetic improvements are critical for increasing inhabitation of the space for more than a brief pause.
