THE STAR HEALTH EXPERIENCE…THE CHALLENGE:Star Health Insurance was looking for deep presence to initiate a new campaign into rural India.
THE SOLUTION:When they approached Wordedge, we proposed a simple 90-day plan using the Dual Display Integrated Screens (DDIS) across three states – Andhra Pradesh, Telengana and Karnataka. We identified 256 screens based on a eye ball density at reservation counters in these stations. The client representative used their staff to conduct a quick localized check and approved our recommendations.
THE IMPLEMENTATION:Simplified messaging was the mantra. The need was to create consistent presence of the brand logo and top services with a call to action. We created a 10 second clip (5 + 5) looped animated video. The brand guidelines such as color and content were maintained.
THE DATE WITH REALITY:On April 1, 2016 the ads flashed simultaneously across 256 screens in three states. In first 30 days Star brand experiences significant visibility and tremendous call /responses/enquiries. On a follow up call, we are told they will initiate the Rural Campaign.
