WHO IS ALAN TURING?
THIS is Alan Turing!
• An English mathematician and a computer scientist.
• Studies at University of Cambridge in 1931 and after he had graduated, he went to University of Manchester.
• During the Second World War, he was the head of Hut 8, which they solves the Germany code messages. 1
• He studies all sorts of mathematics and computer science.
• He was well known for creating the first Turing machine – calculator and leading the Hut 8 in the Second World War. 2

CONCLUSION• Alan Turing created a Turing machine – Calculator and
played an important role to the invention of modern computer.
• Johann discovered infinitesimal calculus and applied to various problems.
• Both had influence to the modern technology and inspired a lot of scientists and mathematicians after them. They both set the footstone for development of modern science.
