Dear Colleagues,
It is my great honor and pleasure to invite you to par-ticipate at the 4th European Coloproctology Course(ECCW) which will take place the 4th and 5th March2013 in Wuerzburg, Germany.
The ECCW provides a unique comprehensive step-bystep hands-on training program for diagnostic and sur-gery in the field of Coloproctology. Under the supervi-sion of international well known experts attendees willbe guided through a variety of diagnostic and surgicalprocedures (such as haemorrhoidectomy, fistula sur-gery, Altemeier-/ Delorme procedure, STARR/ContourTranstar, Pouch surgery). By means of detailed instruc-tion videos, demonstrated by the experts, participantswill be able to perform colorectal surgery on speciallydeveloped porcine models.
The Hot Topic Session of the course this year will in-clude highly selected contributions of renowned ex-perts around the world providing advanced informationof current and future aspects in the treatment of rectalcarcinoma. In addition we are proud and honored forincluding a State of the Art lecture being presented bySteven Wexner, USA.
