UPDATES
We are pleased to announce that after a multi interview process, Myrna Tom has been accepted into the Future GIS GPS Mapping Technician
Course, which is a foundational course supported and funded by the First Nations Technology Council. She will start on June 24, 2019 and will
complete on August 23, 2019. Her first two weeks of study will be in New Westminster, BC and she will complete 5 weeks at home and the last
week will be more practical and back in New Westminster. We know that this training opportunity is going to offer her new challenges.
But we also know that you're up to the task and will face them head-on. Your courage to take on this training opportunity outside the community is
adored. Congratulations on your acceptance into the program! Please note that while Myrna is away, she will be checking in her emails
and such in the evenings.
