UPDATES WFN Log Building Restoration
We are happy to announce that YLP was successful in obtaining funding
to renovate the old band office. Expected completion is June 28,
2019
With Palling IR # 1 being the most developed property, we are happy to
make this project a reality. Wolf Construction has been contracted to
renovate along with Bueckert Timberline Electric (Electrical
upgrade) Funding partners are: Northern Development Initiative Trust,
Domcor, Yinka Dene Economic Development, YLP Woodlands and
Wet'suwet'en First Nation.
In order to attract business, WFN will be leasing the space to Domcor
Health, Safety.

Indigenous communities or organizations. Cando's 2019 Annual National Conference & AGM marks its 26th year
of bringing together EDOs (Economic Development Officers) who participate in sharing Cando's mission to "build capacity to strengthen
Indigenous economies". Your focus of work will involve assisting in coordination of Conference
trade booth exhibitors, sponsors, Economic Developer of the Year Awards and National Youth Panel.
Please note that this is a full-time temporary position (May 6 - August 30) located in Edmonton, AB. Relocation costs (if applicable) are the
