You can create a login using a Google+ account, a
Facebook account or a Twitter account.
You can also create a new account.
If you use an email address for the Username, you are
enrolling your email in system notifications. If you do
not want email notifications, make up a username
other than an email account.
Once you have entered your login information, click
on Continue.
Enter your First and Last name, then enter your
address as below.
Enter any phone numbers you wish to be notified on.
If you enter a cell phone number and would like text message
notifications, be sure to select the Send text messages check box
and choose your service provider.
You can add more numbers, email addresses by using the add
buttons.
Enter any email addresses you wish to be notified on.
Check the Data Privacy box if you wish and check the
Terms and Conditions check box.
Click on the Verify Information button.
If you did not use an email address as your account
username, there is a box available to receive an email
confirmation of your account. If you put your email
address in this box, you are electing NOT to receive
notifications via email.
Click on the Verify Information Button.
After clicking on Verify, the system will warn you is
there are any errors.
You can click on correct errors to go back and fix any
errors.
If there are no errors, you should get to the
enrollment page, which shows your contact
information as submitted.
Scroll through the page to the bottom.
Simply click on Continue to complete the signup.

This is your notification that your information was
successfully submitted.
