Fee Protection Scheme UndertheFeeProtectionScheme(FPS),SDHhasinplaceaninsurancearrange-mentwithLonpacInsuranceBhd,aCom-mitteeforPrivateEducationappointedinsuranceprovider,toprotectthecoursefeespaidbyALLstudents.TheFPSinsur-anceservestoprotectthestudent’sfeesintheeventthattheprivateeducationinstitution(PEI)isunabletocontinueoperationsduetoinsolvency,and/orregulatoryclosure.Inaddition,theFPSprotectsthestudentifthePEIfailstopaypenaltiesorreturnfeestothestudentarisingfromjudgementsmadeagainstitbytheSingaporecourts.

Medical Insurance SDHwillprovidemedicalinsurancecoverageforhospitalisationandrelatedmedicaltreatmentforALLfull-timestudents throughout the entire course duration.SDHhasputinplaceamedicalinsuranceschemeprovidedbyAXAInsurancePteLtdforallitsstudents.Thefollowingstudentscanchoosetooptoutofthemedicalinsuranceschemeiftheycanshowthattheyarealreadycoveredbytheirownmedicalinsurance:

•Singaporecitizens,permanentresidentsandinternationalstudentsnotontheStudent’sPass,and •StudentsundercorporateSponsorshiporcorporateagreementsignedbetweentheprivateeducationinstitutionandthesponsororganisation.

Medicalinsuranceisnotapplicabletopart-timestudentsandstudentstakingcourseswithadurationofnotmorethanonemonthor50hours.

Payment and Refund Policy Wearecommittedtochargingourstudentsaccurately.Theexactamountoftotalcoursefees,miscellaneousfees,thepaymenttermsandrefundpolicyareclearlyspecifiedintheStandardStudentContract.
