First you need to schedule the meeting.

Go to: https://tilburguniversity.zoom.us/

Click on schedule a meeting in the right

upper corner of the screen.

Fill in all the details of your meeting, and

click on the save button.

Under Invite Link you can find the link people

need to join the meeting. If you set a pass-

word, do not forget to share the password too.

the steps you have to take on the desk PC

in the lecture room

Type tilburguniversity in the textbox and

click continue. You may be asked to login

with your Tilburg University account. To start Zoom, press Windows Start (1)

and type Zoom (2) on a Desk PC.

Click on Sign In with SSO

Press the small ‘Settings’ icon

to check the audiovisual settings.

For audio set Speaker to: ExtronScalerD

(Intel(R) Display Audio) and set Micro-

phone to Extron MediaPort200. For video, set camera to: Extron Media-

Port200

You can find your scheduled meeting on

the right. Press Start to start the meeting.
