One Naveen Verma, Wing Commander, Senior Account

officer, Air Force Station, Barrackpore came to Noapara

Ps and lodge a written complaint to the effect that on

27.03.14 Air Force Public Fund Account issued the

following three SBI cheques being numbers (1) 054245,

amounting Rs. 4292/- in fovour to M/S what not

Stores, (2) 054248, amounting Rs. 19,500/- in favour

to M/S J.P Enterprise and (3) 054249 amounting Rs.

7425/- in favor to M/S Kaveri Bag Corporations. Later

the issuing authority noticed that Rs.11,69,700/- has

been withdrawn from the said three issued cheques

instead of Rs 4292 + Rs 19,500 + Rs 7425 = Total Rs

31217/-.

During enquiry by the authority it was ascertained

from the Branch Manager, SBI, Air Force Station,

Barrackpore that the said three cheques being No’s 1.

054245 has beencredited Rs 3,72,400/- into the account

of Sudhir Sukla A/C No 913010043705296 of Axis

Bank, Panchanantala, Howrah, 2. 054248 has been

credited Rs 3,34,000/- into the account of Mr. Rai A/C

No 913010012342910 of Axis Bank, Kharsia Branch,

Chattisgarh and 3. o54249 has been credited Rs

4,63,300/- into the account of Mr. Manoj Kumar

Agarwal A/C 106501504629 of ICICI Bank,

Gurusadai Road,Kolkata. Description of accused Persons : (1) Sudhir Sukla S/o Santi Devi of 117/1, Andul Road, Shibpur, Near location Laxminarayan Tala Patanjali, Dist Howrah,PIN- 711103. The above case under reference was started when a written complaint was received from

Shri Tushar Kanti Mondal, Deputy Director (Maeketing) C.G.O Complex 3rd

MSO

Building, E& F Wings, DF Blook, Saltlake City, Kol-64 and forwarded to I/C Belur Ps

for starting a case U/s 7 (i) (a) (ii) of Act X/55 against M/S Ambika Jute mills Ltd, Ps-

Belur, Dist- Howrah for violating of the provision of Jute & Jute Textiles Control Order,

2000. Accordingly I/C Belur Ps started Belur Ps Case No. 28/16 dated- 19.02.16 U/s 7

(i) (a) (ii) of Act X/55 against M/S Ambica Jute Mills and as per endorsement SI

Muktipada Das, EB, WB took up its investigation the case.

(5) Interesting detections by CID, West Bengal :-

(A) Ref: Howrah GRPS Case No- 46/16 dated- 22.02.2016 U/s 489B/489C/120B

IPC

On 17.02.2015 based on a secret information SI Sougata Ghosh along with other Officer

and force of SOG, CID, WB held raid at Howrah GRPS area and arrested the accesed

persons namely 1) Md. Rajesh Sk (30) S/o Helu Sk of Jamshedtala, Mohabbatpur, Chori

Anantapur, Ps- Kaliyachak, Dist- Malda while he came there for dealing in FICNs with

the agents,Total Rs. 2,50,000/- FICN of denomination of Rs.500/- in five bundles were

seized from his possession at Howrah Station. In this regard the above noted case was

started and SI Manotosh Raj of SOG, CID WB took up its investigation of the case.

(B) Ref: Bidhannagar North Ps Case No. 218/15 dated- 26.08.15 U/s

419/420/465/467/468/ 471/472/474/475/120B/34 IPC

One Achal Naskar person along with one Anjali Haldar, Suvendu Naskar and others are

running a Board styled as Board of Youth Education India and issued certificates, Mark

Sheets, Admits of Secondary and Higher Secondary Examination to many youths in lieu

of money. They used those certificates and other fake documents as genuine for the

purpose of cheating, impersonated themselves as recognized board but they are not

affiliated by any competent authority and earned wrongfully lacks of Rupees which is yet

to calculated. They have done itafter hatching criminal conspiracy and cheated job

aspiring youths. Further they created website styled as www.byri.in and

[email protected] for propaganda. Such boards are usually recognized by Council of

Board Secondary Education incase of distance educations, it requires affiliation from

Indira Gandhi Open University, but board of Youth Education India and Board of

Secondary Education,Madhya Bharat, Gwalior (MP), have no such recognition from any

such competent authority. Over the matter on the basis of written information of SI Tirtha

Sarathi Halder of CID WB the above case has been registered. During investigation 3

(three) persons viz (i) Achal Naskar (ii) Suvendu Naskar and (iii) Sumit Pal were arrested

in c/w this case and taken Police remand. During PC period some incriminating

documents/articles have been seized. On 16.02.16 I.O. along with a team of Anti

Cheating & Fraud Section had been to Hasnadad and secured arrest one Mehebur

Rahaman S/o Abdur Rahaman of Vill+ PO- Barunhat (Near Launch Ghat), Ps- Hasnabad,

North 24 Parganas and recovered and seized some documents/cerficates and involved

cash of Rs. 71,340/- which are crucial in connection with this case.
