All structural steel work to be in accordance with engineer's detailed drawings and specifications.All timber frame construction to be in accordance with the Light Timber Framing Code of Australia.Gangnail roof trusses to be in accordance with manufacturers details unless otherwise specified.ROOF CLADDING and PITCH:The roof will be clad with colorbond custom orb / Kliplok claddingEAVES:Eave width to be as dimensioned from face of wall to inside of fascia unless otherwise noted and linedwith flat fibrous cement sheets, joined with pvc mouldings. MANAGEMENT STRATEGY:Stormwater drainage and water management strategy plan to be in accordance with final details provided by the Engineers and in accordance with councils requirements.COUNCILS DCP:All construction to be in accordance with council's DCP for stormwater management and stormwater specifications.

WATER MANAGEMENT:

1. All pipes and fittings to be 100dia.UPVC stormwater classification to AS 1254 at 1.0 min grade unless noted otherwise on plan, subject to final design.2. Install temporary sediment barriers to inlet pits, to councils standards until surrounding areas are paved or grassed.3. Contractor is to verify the level of all existing services prior to commencement of excavation for drainage.4. All bases of pits to be benched to half pipe depth and provide galvanised angle surrounds to grate.5. Downpipes shown are indicative only, all roof guttering and downpipes to AS/NZ 3500.3:2003.6. Stormwater pit locations and levels may be varied to suite site conditions, after consultation with engineer.7. All courtyard and landscape pits to be 450mm square unless otherwise noted.8. Hand excavate stormwater pipes in vicinity of tree roots.9. All work to be carried out in accordance with councils specifications.
