SPA

This booking is stricly personal and cannot be passed on to another person. This contract is to be returned duly signed and filled in together with the requested deposit within 15 days of the postal date after which time the option will be cancelled. We cannot guarantee a specific bungalow or mobile home number.

Booking terms : reservation is valid subject to our agreement and reception of the following instalments :

For a camping pitch : 30% of the total amount of your stay +50€ for booking fees.

The balance must be paid on site.

For accommodation :

A - For all bookings made less than one month before your arrival date , the full down payment must be paid right away, which includes : - The reservation fees, - The entire amount of the stay.

B - For all bookings made less than two months before your arrival date, the payment must be scheduled as follows: At the booking : the reservation fees + 75% of the entire rental amount. One month before your arrival: the remaining 25%, which is the balance of the rental amount.

C - For all bookings made less than three months before your arrival date, the payment must be scheduled as follows:At the booking: the booking fees + 50% of the rental amount. Two months before your arrival: 25% of rental amount. One month before your arrival: the remaining 25%, which is the balance of the rental amount.

D- For all bookings made more than three months before arrival date, the payment must be scheduled as follows : At the booking: the reservation fees + 25% of the rental amount. Three months before arrival date : 25% of rental amount. Two months before arrival date: 25% of rental amount. One month before arrival date: the remaining 25%, which is the balance of the rental amount.

The terms and down payment must be honored.In case of delay, we cancel the booking and keep the received sums.If the first payment is done by credit card, the terms and down payment will be automatically charged according to the date of schedule.

You must pay all related bank and exchange charges.Important !

There is no reduction in case of a late arrival or early departure.In case of delay, the booking holds for 24 hours after this, if we received no written notice, we cancel the booking and keep the received sums.

Deposits :

- 300 € (credit card accepted only) The deposits are refunded on departure day after the accommodation has been checked or within a month in case of early morning departure. Any broken, lost or out of order equipment during your stay will be charged. The loss of the key will cost you 100 €. The accommodation must be left in a correct state (dishes done, rubbish cleaned, floor swept) ; otherwise a final cleaning (60€) will be charged. No claim will be admitted. 2 days prior to departure, you must make an appointment at reception desk for the final check of the accommodation. No claim will be accepted in case of departure without inventory or final check.

Cancellation policy : Please send us a written cancellation notice by letter

For accomodation : 1. More than 60 days before arrival: refund of the total paid deposit, except reservation fees.2. Between the 59th and the 30th day before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount and the booking fees will be charged. 3. Between the 29th and the 15th day before arrival: 75% of the total rental amount and the booking fees will be charged4. Less than 15 days before arrival or no show: no refund possible.5. In all cases, the reservation fees are not refundable.

For a camping pitch :- More than 1 month prior to arrival date: Refund of 100% of the sums paid (except booking fees)- Between the 30th and 15th day prior to arrival date :Refund of 75% of the sums paid (except booking fees)- Between the 15th day before arrival and the arrival date:Arinella Bianca will keep the whole amount paid

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Circulation & Campsite accessInside the campground: 10km / h Maximum speed limit is allowedIt is not recommended to use the vehicle within the campsite. Secure Access barriers: regulated by a strictly personal digital code. (Entry: 7.30 am -11.30 pm - Exit: 24/24).

• Sound nuisance and quietnessOur guests are asked to avoid any loud noise or discussion that might disturb others. After midnight, please return home silently. Teenagers should not meet in sanitary facilities.

• DogsOnly one dog for each reservation is allowed. In accommodations, only - 10kg dog is admitted during high season. No weight restriction occurs concerning camping areas. Dogs must be kept on lead and should not to be let loose on the beach. The owner is required to clean up dog mess. Thank you for using the dog area provided near the car wash area.

• Violation of campground rules and regulationsRegistered guests can be evicted by the managing staff at any time for violation of campground rules and regulations by themselves or their guests, without notice or refund.

• Wearing your ID bracelet at all times is compulsory in the entire campsite. Children must be identifiable and always supervised.

• The BeachThe beach is NOT supervised – Beach Fires are forbidden. Swimming and launch are dis-advised in case of heavy swell.

• Swimming PoolThe pool is supervised during high season. Access to the pool is exclusively for guests wearing their ID bracelet given by the reception desk. Please read and respect internal rules posted at the entrance.No shorts / trunks allowed- regular bathing suit and briefs are required. Supervise and watch your children closely at all times.

• Wellness PoolThe pool is supervised.The wellness area welcomes adults only over 18 years old and under reserve: heckling, jumping shouting is... is not tolerated.No shorts / trunks allowed- regular bathing suit and briefs are required.

• Fire safety regulationsOpen fires as well as coal barbecues are strictly prohibited. Use our dedicated barbecue charcoal areas available on specific areas near sanitary facilities.

• A safe is provided in each accommodation.

• Campers may leave money and official documents in the reception safe.

• The campsite is not responsible in case of theft.

• There are 5 security officers : 2 during the day, 3 during the night.

• The beach is a public area and is not looked after during the night neither during the day. Be careful.

Don’t forget to insure your personal belongings, the campsite is not responsible in case of damage (theft, fire, water....)

DISABLED GUESTSWe welcome disabled guests.Wheel chairs are available and 2 mobile homes are specially designed.Please mind the reserved park places and toilets .
