Welcome from Pastor Rich
Being part of Sunrise Community Church means being part of a body of believers in Christ who gather together to love and worship God in order to become like Christ.
Sunrise Community Church is made up of people (just like you) who have decided to serve one another with the unique gifts, personality and experiences that God has given them. It’s not about showing up to church week after week with a “feed me” mentality, but rather a “where can I serve?” attitude. We find that when we use the time, talents and treasures God has given each of us to love and serve one another, He is most glorified and we experience a deep level of joy, fulfillment and love.
May this book be a resource in your journey of transformation into the image of Christ! Rich Sherman Co‐Senior Pastor

Core Classes |
Each one of us exists for God’s benefit, for His glory, His purpose and His delight. Our lives bring enjoyment to God. At Sunrise we want to help you learn how to worship Christ daily and trust Him with every aspect of your life.
God desires that we experience a deep, genuine connection with Him and other people. At Sunrise we want to give you opportunities to make these connections.
We earnestly desire to be transformed into the image of Christ for His purpose and glory and seek opportunities where we can grow in that transformation process.
There are many opportunities at Sunrise for you to make a difference in the lives of others and to honor God by serving people within the church and our community.
