DUCI srl and its affiliate, AFVC srl, depend on two production sites, in Chiuduno (near Bergamo) and Bolotana (near Nuoro), one mold design and production center, and one state-of-the-art auto-mated warehouse.

Automated production lines, modern optical ma-chines for inspecting and packaging parts make for unflaggingly high quality and productivity.

State-of-the-art materials and production sys-tems have enabled the production of O-rings of consistently high quality. This has meant that designers have often been able to replace much more sophisticated seal elements with O-rings, making them the most widely-used static (and sometimes dynamic) sealing elements.

For everything from the simplest applications to use in severe conditions in complex compo-nents, DUCI guarantees the unfailing perfor-mance you’re looking for.

The applications of O-rings have kept on ex-panding, greatly increasing the range of sizes made. The market now demands thousands of different diameter and cord combinations.

DUCI’s range is virtually infinite, from our small-est O-rings, with internal diameters of about 1 mm, to our largest ones, because our innovative new production system does away with any size limitations. Considering the combination of hun-dreds of compounds of different hardnesses, colors, and features, the possibilities are truly limitless.

DUCI also designs and manufactures custom-ized technical parts. Frames, shaped rings, and washers are just some examples of the types of parts we make internally.

We have developed and applied over 500 differ-ent compounds to meet the demands of new applications and be active on many markets. Each material has been meticulously designed for optimal performance over time and to pro-vide the best possible value.

Each material can be made with hardnesses from 30 to 95 sh. and colors upon request.

The staff of our laboratory is well-equipped with instrumentation for chemical analysis of com-pounds and, upon request, can develop cus-tomized compounds suitable to a wide variety of uses.

Low temperatures, aggressive environments, and high-wear applications are just some prob-lems solved by using the right compound.
