Materials

•1 ¼ cups all purpose flour•½ teaspoon salt•1 tablespoon baking powder•1 ¼ teaspoon white sugar•1 egg•1 cup milk•½ tablespoon butter, melted•½ cup blueberries

Step One:

In a large bowl, sift

together flour, salt,

baking powder, and

sugar

Step Two:

In a small bowl, beat

together the egg and

milk

Step Three:

Stir the milk and egg

mixture into the flour

mixture

Step Four: Mix in the butter Gently fold in the blueberries into the mixture*Make sure you don’t break the blueberries

Step Five:

While batter sits, heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan on medium heat

Step Six:

Pour or scoop ¼ cup of

batter onto griddle or

frying pan

Cook until brown on

both sides

Step Seven:

Serve with syrup, fresh

blueberries, or other

sides
