HB 5 will not affect the ratings assigned this year on August 8th.
The number of EOC assessments required for graduation will affect the state rating system beginning with the 2013-2014 school year.
HB 5 requires ratings of A-F for districts and ratings of exemplary, recognized, acceptable, and unacceptable to campuses in 2016-2017.
How will HB 5 Affect the Accountability System?
