Crayfish use their eyes to see. Crayfish use their walking legs to walk. Crayfish use their antenna to feel and smell. Crayfish use their pincers to protect them, to hold things and fight. Male crayfish use their tail flap to swim and female crayfish use their tail flap to swim and carry the eggs.Female crayfish use their swimmerets to holed the eggs too !

CRAYFISH HABITATS

Crayfish live in rivers lakes and streams. Many people keep crayfish as pets. If you want to keep crayfish you need... oxygen, fresh water, rocks, plants,a big bucket or a tank and little clay pots. You need to clean the tank or the bucket everyday.

Crayfish Life Cycle

First the female crayfish lays its eggs. The mother crayfish will hold her eggs for sometime then she will let go of her eggs. The eggs will hatch. Sometimes the mother crayfish will eat the eggs. The crayfish baby crayfish will soon get bigger. After they get bigger they will mate and after a wile they will have babies.
