Introduction

The Goal of this presentation is to compare two similar video conferencing tools. The two tools that are going to be compared are WebEx and GoToMeeting.

At the end I will recommend the one that would be of best use to the end user.

Not as user friendly

Recommendation

It was a tough call since both software packages offer similar features, but Gotomeeting user friendly format the incorporation of email and instant messenger and ease of installation and longer free trial version were tough to beat.
