Election of CVAT trustees• CVAT’s constitution allows a Board of Trustees (Directors) of up to
15 people.
• At the AGM, the longest serving third have to stand down but are eligible for re-election provided they have not completed more than nine years of continuous service.
• This year, the three trustees seeking re-election are: – Anne Parkes– Phil Spence– Simon Walker
• Three people were co-opted during the year and are seeking formal election to the board:– Martin Collett– Lisa Ringwood – Ray Shepherd
