INTRODUCTION:
The organizational study carried out in “Wynad Export “ Pathnamthitaa ” it helps to familiarize with various departments which include Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Quality Assurance, purchase, Shipping ,Administrative , functions and activities. This study also provides information regarding the bakery items and its evaluation. It also facilitates us with the details regarding the various activities and function undertaken in Wynad Export , Pathnamthitaa
To know about the food industry and there history• To make a SWOT analysis of this organization to
understand and suggest measures to overcome the weakness and threats within the scope of this study.
To know the product profile of the company. To get awareness about the roles and responsibilities
carried out by companies by key personnel.
Objectives
In the year 1987 the firm was started by Mrs. Susan shaji pulimoottil house , Pathnamthitaa which was named as “ WYNAD EXPORT’’ food processing to produce food items like red halwa baby jak fruit pieces parata etc though the firm has competition from other big firms wynad export has gained a very goodwill in the local areas and by selling is good quality products in lower rates . It has well equipped machinery to manufacture and stringent system of quality control raw material to the finished goods and dedicated teams hassled to some very satisfied customer and dealers
Company profile
They have an expert management production team who ensure that world class practices are followed. Every employee joining the organization is trained to be in line with the norms of the company. Thus Food Industries promise to provide best quality items at affordable price . Anaad ,aarya is a brand from home state Kerala. The brand is an interesting marketing story because it virtually changed the perception in the bakary consumer's mind to a certain extent. The brand was created in 1987 as a part of the diversification.

The main limitations of the study are: Time is a limitation to this study. The company
professionals didn’t allow me to spend the whole time in the organization due to their busy time schedules.

organization is not possible.

As WYNAD EXPORT is moving fast, it has more opportunities in export. It is possible through the increasing export of its products to wider areas.

OPPORTUNITIES
Rising price of raw materials One of the threats of the company is the rising price of
raw materials. It is out of the ability of the company to control the raising price.
THREATS
Good working environment: The employees are provided generous salary and
flexible vacation polices. They have the freedom to execute ideas and enjoy the work they do
Training and development training makes them understand themselves and others and the importance of effective communication while working as a team.
FINDINGS
Good Performance appraisal system: By using a performance appraisal company ensures that everyone keeps their projects on tracks based upon established goals that are aligned with company goals. Good management and skilled workers are the

Employee participation should be improved only then the overall development of the organization is possible.
The Promotional activities in the Organization need to be improved in order to get brand awareness among public about the product.
The organization should improve compensation package as well as incentives for the employees. As this will help to reduce the turnover rate of employees .

SUGGESTIONS
The company should also focused more towards its corporate responsibilities, as it can earn a good corporate image and reputation through it.
Technologies are changing every day and company needs to introduce new technologies which focus mainly on more output, speed of production, less expensive, less wastage, more quality, etc.
The organization need to establish or start a new department for Research and Development so the Research side of the company will be improved. And they can experiment with new ideas and thoughts within the organization.
The company needs to enhance its outlets in order to have a wider reach of customers
The organization study carried out in Food Industries was successful in achieving the specific objectives. It helped me familiarize with the organization structure and its functioning. It also helped to familiarize with the different departments in the organization and their functions and activities. The study helped to understand how the key business processes are carried out in an organization and how information is used in organization for decision making at various levels.
CONCLUSION
