Art has truly had a remarkable impact on my life. Throughout my four years in high school, I have taken multiple art courses, including: Art 1, Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, Ceramics, VCD, and of course Portfolio Prep. These classes have taught me a lot—as an artist; and an individual. The majority of my work is centered on photography, my favorite artistic form of expression. In terms of conventional media, I also enjoy comic and graphite sketches. This Fall I am attending Kent State University; accepted into the honors college; major, child psychology—and minoring in photography. I hope to use the knowledge I have gained in my art classes to advance myself as a person as I progress though society.
