Registered users of the full Avaya Support Website know how the website has
transformed their communications support experience. With mobile enablement,
you can take that experience to the next level by using your mobile device to:
• Report a service outage
• Open, manage or escalate a service request
• Search the Avaya Knowledge Base
The information you need is now available through your mobile device, providing
access to your sold-to’s, service requests and a knowledge database of published
solutions to known problems. The full Avaya Support Website automatically detects
the type of mobile device you are using and directs you to the mobile-enabled
website. There, industry-standard mobile Web concepts and flows are employed
to make your interaction with the website fast and easy.
Rich functionality, easily accessible
Want to report a service outage, create a new service request, research an issue
on the Avaya Knowledge Base? It’s all available on the welcome page with
a quick touch.
Want to check the status of a service request or update the information
there? Simply fill in the “Search Service Request” field on the welcome page
and a simple, intuitive screen appears offering the information you need. Navigation
and specific actions are easy to initiate through screens that expand and collapse,
available at the touch or a swipe of your thumb or finger (Figure 1).
Plus, at any time, you can easily go back to the complete Avaya Support Website
using your desktop or laptop device to access the full functionality of the website.
