Bay Hotel Swimming Pool Balancing Tanks Reworks due to debonding of waterproofing agent (Green

Color)

Deterioration of plaster façade and waterproofing agent reacts with pool water thus causing pool water

to have algae growth and greenish water. Pool was closed for few months before SES Design & Builders

Pte Ltd went in to rectify.

After rework with new cement screed and wall render screeding and plastered smooth (Below)

Apply Seal Once Multipurpose Waterproofer to entire balancing tank and water bead test pass with

flying colors. Please see below picture for after 3 months of pool usage and water color.
