Trainer Certification

Step 1 – Complete the Online BCC Policies and Procedures Certification There are a series of quizzes throughout and a final test that you must score above 80% to move to the next step. Maximum of two attempts to pass. . (Time commitment is approximately 2 hrs)

Step 2 – Complete the Online Cultural Orientations Model (COM) and Cultural Orientations Indicator (COI) practitioner certification You will need pass the final Mastery test with a score of 80% or above. You will need pass the final Mastery test with a score of 80% or above. Maximum of two attempts to pass. (Time commitment is 8 hrs)

Step 3 – Contract - Once you have completed both certifications you will receive a contract from BCC . You will need return a signed copy.

Step 4 – Participant Manual Review - Upon receipt of your signed contract we will send you a Berlitz International Assignment Manual. We will set up a phone call to review the (Time commitment is approximately 1 hour via phone.)

Step 5 – BCC will send you a certificate of completion and you will be entered into our Consultant database to be assigned programs based on client need, expertise and geographic area.
