If you feel under threat or want supervision a push of the red button activates monitoring from a ARC xxx

Once a call has been activated the watch will vibrate every 10 seconds to secretly notify the user they are been monitored, this gives added reassurance that you are not alone in the situation. xxx

In the control room when a alarm is activated the ARC operator can access the GPS location, listen to any additional information left on the amber alert, access the live audio and follow the escalation process. xxx

If the user requires help the police, emergency service or dedicated escalation such as security will be sent. Any way we can support we will.

Once user arrives at a location the watch has the ability to record additional information known as an amber alert. xxx

This is a small message that will never be listed to unless the alarm is activated. xxx

Once the alarm is activated the operator can listen to the last recording and it can help to find you quickly if needed. The message can be anything from a house number, to the exact part of the building you may be working. xxx
