Xtolec Offshore, is mid-sized BIM consulting company headquartered in India

having expertise in BIM services and implementation.

Xtolec provides support for complete BIM Cycle and undertake BIM consultancy

projects starting from BIM Modeling, Clash detection and coordination,

Construction Documents, As- Built, 4D-5D Simulation and Facility Management.

quality construction drawings. Xtolec BIM team is having vast experience in

delivering of various types of projects- commercial, residential, government etc.

Our CEO

Mihir Parikh, who has been the driving force behind Xtolec, has started his journey as HVAC Engineer in consultant firm in Ahmedabad in 1988.

He is having more than 16 years of experience in the AEC industry, with 8+ years of dedicated expertise in BIM Implementation, Training & Virtual

Construction Services. He has achieved a membership of Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers.

His Entrepreneurship qualities help him to come out as CEO of Xtolec Offshore. He is involved in establishing Xtolec and believes in delivering the

smallest solution with utmost dedication and in best possible manner. He brings a fresh approach to the overall functioning of the company to keep

its innovativeness and nuances alive. He is responsible for supporting project teams on different International and Domestic projects along with

working directly with the project manager and client team in coordinate the BIM strategies and workflow of the project teams and consultants

throughout each phase of project development. He uses to attend regular project meetings to get familiar with the clients and their project

objectives. He provides Revit Trainings and check consistency of office standards on various ongoing projects. He supports production with his

proficiency in Design Development, Construction Documentation, Services Coordination, 4D Sequencing and Onsite Coordination. He also provides

his support of marketing and business development team & involved in Project Bidding.
